Jason Stout
Operations Manager
Jason Stout is President and COO of S’n’S Erectors, Inc. Jason grew up in Arlington, TX where he began his career in Ironworking. He joined Ironworkers Local 263 in 1992 in the Apprenticeship Program where he worked on his first complex precast project, The Texas Rangers Stadium in Arlington, TX, which lead to him becoming a JIW in 1993. Jason’s thirty-two years in ironworking has been focused on precast erection.
Throughout his journeyman career, Jason completed precast projects such as, IBM Chip Plant in New York. In 2004 he ended his journeyman career and started his Superintendent career overseeing operations for Precast Erectors, Inc. in Hurst, TX. After 13 years of Supervision, Jason ventured off to start S’n’S Erectors, Inc. As President and COO, Jason oversees all operations from office to field operations.
When Jason is not working, he enjoys his time with his family, taking his kids to their sporting events, as well as fishing and hunting.
Fabiola Stout
Vice President
Fabiola Stout is Vice President of S’n’S Erectors, Inc. Fabiola grew up in California before moving to Texas in 2003. Fabiola started her construction career in 2008 for a Grout Tech, Inc. as an interpreter and grew to bidding and project management. Fabiola joined the S’n’S Erectors team in 2017, where she is responsible for project management, overseeing financial, payroll and office duties. Fabiola enjoys her children’s sporting events and relaxing at home during her free time.
Trent Snyder
Field Operations Manager
Trent has been a Union Ironworker since 1997 to present.
September 1997 to September 2000, Trent served under the apprenticeship program. In 2000, Trent was awarded the Apprentice of the year and again that year in December he won the Apprentice competition for the district.
In 2001 he was hired on by Precast Erectors and made a lead where he continued to increase his knowledge in precast erection.
From 2003-2007 while working at Precast Erectors, Trent was made a Field Superintendent / Erection Foreman. In 2007, Trent was made the Field Operations Supervisor, a position he held until starting S’n’S Erectors in 2017.
Trent is in charge of Field Operations for S’n’S. Below are just a few of the Projects Trent has been a part of.

Dustin Pitchford
Field Operations
Born in Missouri, graduated Gainesville High, from Gainesville, MO. Shortly after moved to Texas and joined the Local 263 Iron Workers Union in August 1997. Dustin hung iron for 4-5 years until being hired on with Precast Erectors in 2001 as a welder under Clifford Stout. He was eventually made a detail foreman and under Clifford Stout he learned a lot of what was expected to know and how to do it all. Clifford’s influence he was taught how to do it all and fine tune his skills to include transit and auto leveling. While continuing with his detailing duties he was also connecting and learning working with the survey crews which eventually led to him becoming an Erection Foreman. As an Erection Foreman he learned to manage all aspects of a jobsite and take the lead on his own. Dustin learned how to complete projects from start to finish to include; sequencing, layout, erection and detail. Being an ironworker has provided Dustin the opportunity to travel all of the United States and Canada building precast projects from architectural, parking garages, prisons, stadiums and total precast structures.
Dustin then became a Field Operations Manager for Precast Erectors from 2017 to 2019. In 2019, Dustin was hired on by S’n’S Erectors as a General Superintendent, where he is still “getting it done” to date.

Samantha Martinez
Payroll Specialist
Since joining S’n’S Erectors in 2017, Samantha Martinez has been an invaluable member of our payroll department. She expertly manages payroll for up to 200 ironworkers, ensuring they are accurately compensated for their hard work. Samantha works closely with ironworker union halls to facilitate proper payments and handles essential documentation for our foremen. She also oversees new hire onboarding and diligently sends out all W-2 forms during tax season.
Outside of work, Samantha enjoys quality time with her husband and their two young boys. She looks forward to the latest reality TV series to share lively discussions with her closest friends.
Chris Stout
Safety Manager
Christopher Stout, based in Arlington, TX, brings over 9 years of experience in the precast industry to S’n’S Erectors. In the past, Chris managed crews involved in the layout and survey of concrete footers for us, ensuring precision during the erection process. Now, he is dedicated to implementing best safety practices as our safety manager. He conducts safety orientations and facilitates supplemental education and training programs along with jobsite inspections. With certifications including OSHA 10, 30, 510, and 500, Chris is qualified to train and administer OSHA classes. Additionally, Chris is certified in many pertinent “train the trainer” modules to keep up to date with jobsite demands and stay on the front end of safety trends. He also maintains important relationships with GC/owners safety personnel, demonstrating his commitment to safety and operational efficiency.
Kimberly McMurdo
Project Manager
Since joining S’n’S Erectors in February 2019, Kimberly McMurdo has served as part of our project management team. In her role as Project Manager, Kimberly ensures that all aspects of our projects meet the highest standards of safety and compliance. Kimberly is also responsible for preparing project specific submittals and works hands-on with general contractors, precast manufacturers, and city officials to secure the necessary licenses and permits.
Outside of work, Kimberly enjoys spending time with her family and friends.
James Vasquez
Field Superintendent
Born in Fort Worth, TX and graduated from Haltom city high school in 1974. From there, I enlisted in the Navy in 1974. After an honorable discharge from the military, the Ironworkers union was the career path I chose in 1977 and have continued to work as an Ironworker/supervisor of various construction projects. These projects have not only been here in Texas, but afforded me the opportunity to travel all over the United States being involved in the construction of various buildings. Which led me to meet my wife of 36 years along the way. We together have four children and seven grandchildren. When not spending time with them, you can find me on the golf course.
Jay Givens
Project Manager
Jay Givens is an accomplished professional in the precast concrete industry, with more than 25 years of experience. Originally from Abbeville, Alabama, Jay graduated from Auburn University with a degree in Building Science. He has dedicated much of his career to the precast sector, having worked with notable companies such as Standard Concrete, Metromont, and Gate Precast.
In addition to his professional achievements, Jay proudly served in the Army National Guard for 12 years, where he developed leadership skills and a strong sense of duty and service. His diverse career path has equipped him with a unique blend of technical expertise, project management, and team leadership.
Outside of work, Jay enjoys spending quality time with his wife and children, balancing his professional life with his family life. He values the importance of family and community and continues to make meaningful contributions both in his career and personal life.
Houston Runyan
Controller
Houston has been in the construction industry since 2018, leveraging a strong foundation from his previous work in audit and corporate finance. A licensed CPA, Houston is responsible for the timely and accurate reporting of financial results, bringing valuable insight to decision makers within and outside of the organization. Houston graduated from Abilene Christian University, where he met his wife, Melanie. When not spending time with his wife and two sons, Houston is dedicated to the pursuit of lowering his golf handicap.
